My Must Have Christmas Gift for 2008

We have already shelled out the money for an HDMI ready projector. So, why are we still settling on watching our dvds with less than clear and perfect resolution? Standard dvds play at 480p resolution where as Blu Ray are at 1080p.

This is why the Blu Ray play is the must have Christmas gift for me this year. When they first hit the market the prices were outrageous. Nowadays you can pick one up for a pretty good price. Under two hundred dollars even! Look for Black Friday sales, you may get lucky and be able to snatch one up!
