My Neopets "Key Quest" Project (Week Three) Codestones & Neggs and a Whole Lot of Junk

Miss Fortune
Key Quest can be an awesome game if you can find players that won't quit or cheat. I never play Lint cards, steal keys or trip up other players but not everyone subscribes to those in-game rules. In my ongoing quest (pun) to try and see if there is a pattern to the prizes that are given, time you redeem them, game boards you play, types of keys you redeem and other variables I'm logging all my Key Quest information. So far I haven't seen a pattern but it is still pretty early to tell. When I first started playing KeyQuest I played the four player games and ended up with Lead keys because I wasn't very good at the game; the type of key you receive at the end of the game determines how many prizes you get when you visit the Vault. Gold = 4, Silver = 3, Bronze = 2 and Lead = 1.

My current key total:
Gold: 21 Silver: 189 Bronze: 43 Lead: 69

Key 1 - Silver - "Shenkuu Lunar Temple Stamp", "Pimplepepper", "Mystery Island Drum"
Key 2 - Silver - "Island Cybunny Guide", "Mutant Tigersquash", "Tiki Brochure"
Key 3 - Silver - "Ghostkerscarf", "Gelert Prince Stamp", "Tombola Tips"
Key 4 - Silver - "Flotato", "Fishing For Zafaras", "Decorating Your Garden"
Key 5 - Silver - "Chuchuana", "Mystery Island Chocolate Milk Glass", "Mystery Island Drum"
Key 6 - Silver - "Orn Codestone", "Gelert Prince Stamp", "Swim"
Key 7 - Silver - "Orange Kreludan Bed", "Star Fish Sandwich", "Scorchio Summer"
Key 8 - Silver - "Mau Codestone", "Gelert Prince Stamp", "Mega Churro Smoothie"
Key 9 - Silver - "Heart Toast Sculpture", 'Lime Swirly Negg", "Carved Tiki Mug"
Key 10 - Silver - "Flotato", "Mutant Tigersquash", "Deep Seashell"

As expected, the only good things that I got this time when I redeemed were Codestones and a Negg. Even so, I got to play with some very cool people and made some wicked NP in the process. If you can find people that are playing fairly and for the same reasons then you can have a lot of fun with the game. Some people play for NP, others (like me) prefer shorter five key games with two players. There is less of a chance of a glitch happening. Quitters are nothing more than sore losers and if you quit enough times people will report you to the TNT staff. Some people are saying that people are getting banned or frozen for quitting but outside of the notoriously famous quitters I haven't seen that many people complaining.

All is not lost because you played the game with cool people. You don't find those every day. Good article.
