Here is one of the things that I have heard from viewers. I have heard that people think that she is given way to much freedom. What do you think? Do you think that Oprah says things that she should not? Do you think that her opinions are to strong for a talk show? What about the flip side of this. Some of you have written saying that you think Oprah is amazing. I have heard that she gives a voice to those who would otherwise have none. I think that the general opinion must be overwhelmingly good if she has been on this long, right?
I have looked at some of the things that she has done over the years for countries, and people and have found that she has brought a voice to many a nation without one but that is what some of you have argued about as well. I realize that Oprah has more money than most of us could dream of and I have received emails about the fact that Oprah should give more money. What do you think though? Do you think that she gives enough?? Does she do enough with the power that she has been given? It really is amazing the amount of you who think that she got way to involved with politics as well. Many emails of her involvement with regards to political opinion was overwhelming in the amount. Do you really think that she showed her side to much? Do you think that she was just being an American with an opinion? Or are you really offended about the fact that she would not have Sarah Palin on her show?
Many have commented that she is the voice for women and for the African American culture, so is that true to you? Do you think that she has spoken well for both of these people? She has been around for so long it is hard to think of anyone that would think otherwise, but you would be surprised by the amount of people that feel strongly for and against what this Icon stands for. So what is my opinion? That really is not the question, the question is what is it that makes her so famous? Is it that she has put her opinion out there? Or is it that she knows what to say to make the public listen?

Post a Comment"What Oprah Wants, Oprah Gets" pretty much sums it all. Through the years, she has evolved from Phil Donahue genre to what it is today. She champions her causes, promote edgy concepts that are too extreme for conservatives. Obama & Oprah combo as seen is a force to be reckon with and can change many schools of thoughts on a dime.
