Speaking of riding a bus, I have another bad, really bad bus riding experience this morning. Around 8:30 a.m., I got on the 9BX bus at the City College terminal, I clearly saw the head sign read "TO FISHERMAN'S WHARF", and this bus is supposed to terminate in there. That female driver also told the passenger that was the 9BX, and that was not a problem. When the bus arrived at the corner of Geneva Avenue and Mission Street, many people were getting on the bus, and then many other passengers were on board the bus along the Geneva Avenue, the bus was soon became full before it approached Cow Palace. The driver began to whisper by using her microphone; I didn't know what and why she whispered, but I sure knew she whispered more frequently as more passengers were getting on. From Cow Palace, to the corner of Arleta and San Bruno Avenues, she continued to whisper with her microphone, when the bus arrived to the corner of Arleta and San Bruno Avenues, she told all the passengers that is not a stop, and requested people to get off on the stop located at Bayshore Boulevard near Tunnel, adjacent to the T-Third light rail station. Then the bus supposed to go to Highway 101, exit at the 7th Street off-ramp, then continue onto Bryant Street, and turn left on 3rd Street then to Fisherman's Wharf. However, this bus didn't run like that, the bus driver continued to whisper as the bus was going to the freeway, and I thought that was so annoying. The bus then exit the freeway at the 7th Street off-ramp then went to Bryant Street. "EVERYBODY GET OFF THE BUS! DOES THE PEOPLE ON THE BACK HEAR ME? GET OFF THE BUS!" A very irritating voice told the all passengers off board at the corner of Bryant and 6th Streets, very closed to the Hall of Justice. Why she called everyone off the bus? She just didn't want so many people were on her bus, so she unauthorized changed the terminal from Fisherman's Wharf to Bryant and 6th Street.
Many passengers were talking about this unauthorized and unreasonable behavior of the bus driver. Actually, her behavior is not only unauthorized and unreasonable, but also unlawful, irresponsible, and unconscionable. That was not the first time the bus driver did that, one week ago, the same female bus driver called the people got off the bus near the Balboa Park BART Station. This bus driver, you listen up, your behavior is very selfish, you are not eligible to be a bus driver, and you are not suitable to serve the people, serve the community. Moreover, you unauthorized altered the bus route and terminal, that is ignorance of your boss's orders. Does any one wants to hire an employee who is selfish, irresponsible and ignores the boss's directions? If I am the boss, I would not allow this kind of employee in my company, and she would be fired immediately!
San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency is one the worst city departments and that is even worse with a lot of sloppy, irresponsible employees. San Francisco Muni, a bureaucracy department, and that sucks!
