My Personal Gripe About Myspace

Based on Personal Experience Over the Last Few Days

Kurt Evans
Over the past couple of days I have received emails on Myspace from women who wish to see if there is a possibility of getting to know each other and having a relationship. I have been contacted by about 4 or 5 different women; on Myspace.

Each one of these women said that they were in Africa. And each one of these women took up a considerable amount of my time in chatting with them online through yahoo messenger. And lo and behold each one of these women wound up wining and moaning that they were stuck in Africa. They all wound up asking for money. They wanted me to help them out.

I don't know who is behind these scams but, I think that a warning should go out to men everywhere on the planet. Beware of women online from Africa, it seems like they all want your money. So, if you get an IM from somebody and they say that they're in Africa; immediately block them, ignore them, and for God sakes; whatever you do people, DO NOT send them money.

If enough people say no to them; maybe they will find something much more productive to do with their time.

A bit short; I would have liked to read more about MySpace in general.
