I believe all children have the right to an education no matter whom they are or where they come from. I have always had a desire to work with children and facilitate their success by being a positive role model, and building confidence in them. A teacher is an incredibly important part of a child's life. A good teacher can powerfully affect a child's life by making their school experience a strong positive one. My aspiration as a teacher is to make a positive impact on students' lives, and their future in education.
My goal is to build a constructive class room atmosphere that promotes excellence, equity, collaboration, learning, and the opportunity for all children to succeed. Children that experience school being a secure and positive learning environment, will desire to learn, and work together. I also long to create an understanding and love for diversity in my students...For them to recognize that a diverse world is so much more interesting and worth living in..
As educators, we must set an example for the world every day of the year. Our teachers must be a team working together toward the success of our students.
As a flourishing teacher I desire to be part of a school of educator's role modeling an environment of acceptance, team work, encouragement, and positive reinforcement to our students. Successful teachers reflect on their teaching. Reflecting on our strategies, moments, lesson plans, outcomes, new ideas, shared ideas, and goals allows us to be effective flexible teachers that can grow and learn as we teach our students and as they teach us. Though God is not aloud in the classroom, not outwardly that is. So, I pray that he will work and speak through me everyday as I love and lght the way for his beautiful children..
