My Predictions for Future Dancing with the Stars Seasons

Dancing With The Stars is one of my favorite television shows of all time. Ballroom dancing is one of my great passions, so it's great to see it getting such good press. The show has served to bring ballroom dancing back into mainstream consciousness, which is great for business.

However, the show has also done something great for Hollywood...and I'm not just talking about the money it's raking in. It's helped some very formerly popular celebrities get back into the limelight and, in some cases, lose some weight! Thanks to Dancing With The Stars, Joey Fatone has his own show, The Singing Bee. George Hamilton has been in commercials, along with season two hottie Stacy Keibler. People remembered who Billy Ray Cyrus is and let him sing in public. Thanks to the show, we've heard of all kinds of people we would have never heard of before!

As season five begins to wind down, it's important to consider whose lives we can turn around next? In addition to stars that we're all forgetting about, what if judges started using the show as a way to punish celebrities who'd pulled some stupid stunt like drunk driving or forgetting their babies in public bathrooms? Spending 8 hours per day training would be a great way to whip them back into shape. They'd gain their svelte bodies back and would be too busy and tired to get drunk. The producers would surely keep an eye on them so wouldn't let them drive without licenses. They may even start a second career so we won't have to hear about they're stupid stunts in desperate bids for attention. I think it's a win-win! Of course, who would the E! Channel talk about then?

Here are my suggestions for who should...nay, NEEDS to be on the next Dancing With The Stars:

Britney Spears
Lindsay Lohan
The Olsen Twins
Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie (maybe they could learn a marketable skill)
Rob Lowe
Owen Wilson
Bob Saget-in fact, why not do a Full House reunion show? Sure, Dave Coulier was on Skating With Celebrities, but that was short-lived and no one watched, so let's give him another shot!

On the subject of old television show reunions on Dancing With the Stars, how about the casts of Eight is Enough, The Brady Bunch, and Step By Step?

Only time will tell, but I think Dancing With The Stars has a responsibility to finish what they started and revive the rest of the has-been Hollywood scene. Come on, ABC!
