My Prison Cell

Carmella Mae Dunkin

Welcome to my prison cell,

have you noticed, it's a lot like hell?

The torment here, can be revered,

as something quite insane!

You don't want to visit this cell,

not only is it hell,

you'll want to light the flame.

my prison cell you see,

is not what it appears to be,

but a lonely grey matter,

that sat upon a platter,

would make you sick with fear.

My prison cell is where I hide,

when all my thoughts come from inside.

    Great poem, but tragic.

Powerful. May God grant you freedom from this prison.
