My Review of FIFA World Cup 2010 for Xbox 360 Console

SDR2010
FIFA World Cup 2010 is a soccer/football game that focuses on brining the realistic approach of the soccer field into your living room and this is the essential game for any soccer fan because it allows you to get the soccer experience as you see it on TV. Many games fall short of the expectations but I enjoy playing soccer games and this is the reason why I decided to buy FIFA World Cup 2010 for the Xbox 360 console. I am not very good at the game but I find this is a game that can be picked up and played without much effort. In general, I find that FIFA games usually appeal to me because I am a casual soccer fan and this is the reason I decided to purchased the game for Xbox 360.

The game costs $64.52 with tax for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. I played the game for the Xbox 360 and I loved this game because it includes over 199 countries progressing toward the world cup. There are amazing player animations that look very fluid and realistic and the game features genuine team reactions and defensive moves. Everything in terms of actual moves from players and coaches are amazingly recreated here. The purpose of the game is recreate the experience that will take play for the World Cup in South Africa and it is a lot of fun. The games are complete with a very loud crowd and announcing that isn't repetitive or annoying. There is also the ability to show highlights and instant replays in this version unlike 2009. There are 199 teams to play with and 10 stadiums in addition to a fully functional online tournament with 8 players online.

The major positive of this game is the World Cup can be recreated with sights, sounds and matches in addition to times of actual matches that will take place during the actual World Cup. Another thing I love about this game is that you can save your team progress through the World Cup section of the game and replay matches you lost. This makes it easy to beat that portion of the game. However, the gameplay of FIFA World Cup 2010 is a lot harder than it was in 2009 because 2010 uses position passing that requires you to have a lot more skill to land a pass. Penalties are a lot harder in 2010 also and the ball more a lot more than in 2009. The negative aspect is this makes the game very hard. However, this game is fun for the entire family if you can master the harder on field action in 2010.
