After I received the Girlactik Star Base through the mail, I immediately wanted to try it out. Since I hadn't applied my eye makeup for the day yet, I found that it was the perfect time to try out the Girlactik Star Base. After applying the rest of my daily makeup to my face, I applied the Girlactik Star Base to both of my eyelids, and blended it in a bit. I then waited just a little while for the Girlactik Star Base to set.
The next challenge was figuring out what color eye shadow I was going to wear for the day! I ended up picking out a green-colored eye shadow to wear. After I had applied the Girlactik Star Base and let it set up a bit, I then applied the green-colored eye shadow to both of my eyelids. This was a powder-type eye shadow that I applied, not a cream-type eye shadow. I then blended the green-colored eye shadow on my eyelids very thoroughly. I noticed that even with the Girlactik Star Base under the powder eye shadow, the powder eye shadow seemed to blend very well. I didn't have any problems with blending the powder eye shadow on my eyelids.
The next thing I did after applying my makeup was to go shopping at the grocery store. After I got through shopping for groceries, I noticed that the Girlactik Star Base had kept my powder eye shadow in place. I checked my makeup towards dinner time, and the Girlactik Star Base had kept my powder eye shadow in place up until that time as well. Even around 8pm, the powder eye shadow that I was wearing was still on and going strong without any signs of creasing or fading. I also think that the Girlactik Star Base made the eye shadow that I wore look much brighter than it would've if I wouldn't have applied the Girlactik Star Base before applying the eye shadow.
Overall, I was very pleased with my purchase of the Girlactik Star Base, and will definitely be repurchasing the Girlactik Star Base in the future. I find that the Girlactik Star Base doesn't have to be repurchased very often, as it tends to last for quite awhile. I give the Girlactik Star Base a five star rating.
