My Review of the New Gucci Guilty Perfume Fragrance

Candice W.
One fragrance I had the privilege to preview is Gucci's fragrance, Gucci Guilty. Here's some information on the product and my thoughts on this new fragrance.

The Gucci Guilty fragrance will come out September 2010. However, I became acquainted with it several months ago as a product reviewer. I've had a small sample bottle of the fragrance for a few months and I've worn in sparingly since that time because I want it to last. I am looking forward to when Gucci Guilty is available in stores.

When I first received Gucci Guilty, I immediately sprayed on the fragrance to test it. I was pleased with the scent without knowing much about the fragrance itself or the notes. I later learned that Gucci Guilty has notes of mandarin, peach, pink pepper, geranium, lilac, patchouli and amber. All of these notes blend together well. My husband also likes the fragrance on me. This is consistent with other fragrances notes we like for me.

Gucci Guilty is the perfect fragrance for a fall perfume release. It's a fragrance that lasts and lingers for awhile. There is a video trailer for Gucci Guilty that helps to build anticipation regarding its release. The video will premiere Sept. 12 on the MTV video music awards.

Some women already have this perfume on their Christmas wish list without even knowing what it smells like. I give this new Gucci fragrance two thumbs up. I plan to purchase it in oil form and may replace my sample bottle at some point in the future.

For those wondering about the Gucci Guilty price: Gucci Guilty will cost $55 for 30 ml eau de toilette and $74 for the 50 ml eau de toilette. There will also be a 75 ml eau de toilette spray.

The packaging for the product is eye-catching and there is no mistake as to who issued this perfume with the two Gs on the bottle. The marketing advertisements features singer and actress Evan Rachel Wood with actor Chris Evans to entice readers to live like the beautiful live. And this perfume would be no exception.

Overall, I would recommend Gucci Guilty to women that like a blend of woodsy and floral scents. It's a great signature fragrance for the fall and winter months.
