Colors Art Deco Nail Lacquer in Yellow seemed like it might be an exciting new nail polish color, so that helped me make up my mind regarding whether or not to purchase it. I paid around $2 for the L.A. Colors Art Deco Nail Lacquer in Yellow at the time that I purchased it.
