When I got home from shopping, I decided to try the Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow Duo in Indian Summer out. I got out the eye shadow brush that I usually use to apply my eye shadows with and swiped the lighter eye shadow on both of my eyelids. I then took my eye shadow brush and swiped some of the darker eye shadow in the creases of my eyelids. After I had applied both of the shades of eye shadow in the Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow Duo in Indian Summer to my eyelids, I blended the eye shadows in well. I immediately noticed that the eye shadows in the Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow Duo in Indian Summer were very easy to blend. The eye shadows in the Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow Duo in Indian Summer had a very nice texture to them that made them quite blendable eye shadows.
I then took a close look in the mirror to see if I liked how the eye shadows in the Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow Duo in Indian Summer looked on my eyelids. Unfortunately, I didn't think that the eye shadows in the Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow Duo in Indian Summer looked good on my eyelids. They were too drab and dull, and made me look tired. I think that perhaps more vibrant colors of eye shadows would've looked better on my eyelids, but the eye shadows in the Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow Duo in Indian Summer didn't. The eye shadows in the Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow Duo in Indian Summer seemed to make me look tired for some reason.
The eye shadows in the Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow Duo in Indian Summer did seem to stay on my eyelids all day without creasing or fading, but I just wasn't impressed by how dull they were. I definitely won't be repurchasing the Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow Duo in Indian Summer again because of the fact that the eye shadows didn't look good on my eyelids. I will, however, be trying more shades of the Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow Duos out in the future, as I think they are quality eye shadows.
