When I went to Rite Aid to purchase some cosmetics, I saw the Neutrogena Skin Smoothing Eye Tints Eyeshadow Primer in Petal Shimmer and purchased it for around $7. I purchased the Neutrogena Skin Smoothing Eye Tints Eyeshadow Primer in Petal Shimmer to see if it was a good eye shadow primer.
