My brother and I share a room,
When my dad asks us to clean it we tell him we'll do it soon,
Sometimes you can't even see the floor,
We don't want our dad to see so we close the door,
My carpet is blue,
And when we clean it, it seems like it grew,
We try to hide clothing so we don't have to put it away,
But he eventually finds it everyday,
We try the hardest not to be lazy and put away our clothes,
But no matter how hard we try it doesn't work because it shows,
When our room is eventually clean,
We realize that it was just a dream,
One time my dad said my room was infested,
Our room gets so messy, we should get arrested.
