To my Redeemer King,
Your praise my thankful heart shall raise,
Kind tributes to my Lord I bring.
Thank you for your mercies great,
In times of need you never fail,
My life, my every thing you make
To prosper, grow, increase, avail.
I called on you when overwhelmed,
With life's troubles and life's cares,
You drew me closer to yourself,
And comforted my aching heart.
You caused your light of hope and peace,
To illuminate and smooth my path,
Your holy presence calmed my fears,
Your grace, my spirit renewed and blessed.
I praise and magnify your holy name,
For bringing me safely
To the place where I rest securely,
In the shadow of your serenity.
My heart will never forget your love,
My lips ne'er fail to sing your praise,
For all your favors, for all your goodness,
You lavishly provide me all my days.
