1. Hopefully this is the only One
How would you like to be the person that has to sit through this meeting? It kind of reminds me of the kids in school who made D&D song parodies. Videos like this really make you feel secure knowing these people are in charge of billions of dollars. Hey the guy has a pretty good voice though.
Nothing says funny like a John Wayne impression! Every time this comedian tells a joke I keep hearing that sound of the quick drum beat like in the old vaudeville routines in my head. There is some kind of an audience there because you can hear an occasional laugh, perhaps he got his uncle and wife to sit in on his performance.
If I had to choose a numero uno, this video of someone ripping their toenail off with a pair of pliers would be it. This is the obligatory gross entry on the list and he's awful quiet I think. I'd probably be grunting more but then again I probably won't ever do this because I am not an idiot.
4. Bombing in front of an ACTUAL audience
It is always refreshing to see a comedian making fun of himself dying on stage right from the start, and Pete Holmes takes to the task nicely. The difference between him and the John Wayne guy is people besides his immediate relatives think he is funny.
5. Jam on it!
Isn't disco fun? You might remember this song from the 70's that was re-done as a club song years later. Or perhaps you'd like to forget all about that wonderful decade. Too bad YouTube won't let you. If the fringe look ever comes back in style someone shoot me.
6. The poor guy
This is a foreign clip and I wish I knew what they were saying. The guy with the high-pitched voice had his testicles removed and subsequently speaks with a high pitch. I thought that old gag was a joke.
7. He can really hit those high notes
Geez, was there anyone who DIDN'T do a 911 tribute? There is nothing better to exploit people's feelings then children singing patriotic songs eh? Watch for the kid's facial expressions as he goes into an up-tempo number, about two minutes in, he becomes all happy and giddy. I think if he had a tail it would be wagging a mile a minute. And will someone teach that other kid that piano is much easier with two hands.
Here is another talented artist from Texas and perhaps the same cable access channel. I am sure there are a lot of good singers from that state, but this isn't one of them. When the clip begins the singer mentions the inspiration for his music is the fact he is trying to get his girlfriend back. Usually women love men who can sing, I stress sing. That and not dressing like one of the members of Debarge.
9. I hope they aren't wearing steel-toed shoes
Nothing says uncomfortable like a swift kick in the pants, especially when it's made into a contest! Ironically none of them talked with a high pitch after. This video also wonderfully illustrates how life treats us sometimes.
10. Puppets, religion and bad hair styles, a winning combination
I think I'd rather be kicked in the pants after watching this clip from an early 80's Christian television show. I cannot describe how unentertaining this is and frightening at the same time looking at those hairstyles. I swear to God the last kid in the title part is a young Newt Gingrich. Regrettably, we will never really know why the puppet is crying at the end of the clip.
