And I'm still thriving
I need to get busy
Before I get dizzy
The turkey is in the store
All frozen to the core
Shall I serve ham
To go with the yams
A pie would be nice
With just a tad of spice
While still in my jeans
I'll mix up the beans
To make the day a little merry
We must have cranberries
I'm about to start puffing
As I finish the stuffing
I think I'll have it all
When they began to call
I won't have missed a thing
As the doorbell is set to ring
Oh, at the top of the ranks
I can't forget the thanks
Happy Thanksgiving!
