Verve energy drink is one of my favorite, simply because it gives me energy without that jittery feeling some can give you, and is full of great nutrition also. There are many of your different vitamins and minerals included, plus the oh-so-good for you green tea and mangos teen. It is one of the highest antioxidant energy drinks, and has a really great tropical flavor. I have found that Verve is a little more expensive than other energy drinks, but I believe the cost is worth it. You can go to the Verve website and buy a 12 pack for $35.00 and they also run a lot of specials such as buy one get one free.
Monster Hitman Shot is one energy drink that you can take like a shot and it gives you energy for several hours. The taste is pretty good for an energy drink, and like Verve is loaded with vitamins and nutrients that others may not have. I wouldn't recommend this shot for anyone that has to sit still for long since it really makes you want to get moving. Therefore it is a wonderful choice to pick before exercising. The price per bottle for the Hitman shot is fairly regular at $2.29 and can usually be found at many gas stations, grocery stores, etc.
One of the best energy drinks to help out with your physical activity is Sobe's No Fear. It has a sweet, citrus taste to it and has taurine and creatine and also ginseng in it. I like the No Fear mainly because it tastes good but does not give you that nervous feeling like other energy drinks do. It gives you energy but at the same time relaxes you also. The price is relatively low for the amount you can get. One 16oz bottle costs only $1.99, so this energy drink is definitely on top of my list. The only thing that could make it better is if it had more nutritional value like the above ones. You can find Sobe No Fear at most gas stations or grocery stores also.
Want a 100% juice energy drink that tastes good and gives you great energy? Well then you should try Rumba Energy Juice. For a 15.5oz can for only $2.00 you will love the orange juice flavor and while it does not have the crazy rush that other energy drinks give you, it will keep you hopping for a few hours without the crash afterwards. Loaded with vitamins B6 and B12, plus guarana, l-carnitine, ginseng and of course caffeine, you just can't beat this energy juice! Sold at most grocery stores and you can even find some at your local convenience store.
Now, I know that green tea is not usually considered an "energy drink", but it does pack a lot of caffeine and is full of great antioxidants. For those of you who want something stronger than coffee, and something that is extremely healthy for you, you need to try green tea. If you don't like the plain taste of green tea, there are many different flavors out there such as pomegranate, lemon ginseng, and more. You can usually get a box of flavored green tea at the grocery store for around $4.00 or less depending on brand. And I can tell you from experience, if you drink green tea at least 3 to 4 times a day, you will lose weight!
