My Valentine
she loves me for who I am
for the way I look at her
how I hold her close
kissing her neck, her lips
she is beautiful in my eyes
when she smiles, the world is bright
the sunshine she carries with her
she is the brightest star in my universe
My love
she walks with me
sometimes two steps forward
only to look back and smile
such a tease
I have found her as the prettiest rose
among many thorns
her black and gold colors glow in the night
we shall stay together
all the rest of our days
