1. Income tax rate equity regardless of income

2. Existence of an estate tax

3. Abortion will be allowed until the onset of the second trimester

4. Gay marriage will be allowed

5. All American citizens age 8 to 55 will be required to devote fifty hours of community service annually

6. The Electoral College System of presidential election shall be abolished. A winner will be determined from popular vote.

7. Front-loading of political campaigns will be restricted. This will be accomplished through benchmarks for congressional meeting hours, restrictions on speaking engagements and televised advertisements until 8 months prior to the election.

8. Electronic voting machines will be outlawed to reduce voter fraud

9. Marijuana, psilocybin, and peyote will be legalized with an excise tax imposed on commercial products related to these substances. Half of this excise tax revenue will be used for drug education and rehabilitation programs.

10. Fuel economy standards comparable to those in Western Europe will be imposed on American automobile manufacturers

11. American automobile manufacturers will be required to produce Zero Emissions Vehicles as one-third of their manufacturing output by 2020

12. Universal health care

13. Gun control exists only to the extent of age-restriction and waiting periods

14. Smoking will be allowed in bars and restaurants

15. Prostitution will be legalized

16. Compulsory voting will be imposed with respect to local, Congressional, and Presidential elections. To those who feel they cannot vote for any candidate in good conscience, an option of "none of the above" will be included. This way laziness shall be separated from political integrity. An effective absentee ballot system will be imposed.

17. The don't ask-don't tell policy in the United States military will be repealed

18. No man or woman shall be denied the opportunity to serve their country based upon their sexual orientation

19. Reduction of the number of highway patrolmen by one-third by 2015

20. The U.S. government will subsidize railroad industries to build fifty thousand miles of new track by 2020

21. The death penalty will be eliminated

22. Home-schooling can only be conducted by certified educators, or guardians who are able to pass standardized tests as well as a home-education course

23. Religion in public schools will exist as part of curriculum only in a historical or contextual sense. Open religious debate will be allowed in after-school programs.

24. U.S. citizens will receive tax breaks for producing a certain quota of food per year through home gardening or using alternative fuel sources

25. The U.S. President will be required to stand for an hour-long questioning in front of an in-session Congress every two weeks

    I like almost all of them,,,number 1 might need some tweaks, but some good suggestions!
