My Worst Fashion Disaster on a Date

At first it was shaping up to be the most perfect date I had ever been on. My extremely handsome boyfriend was to meet me at my house and then we were to head to the beach for a walk in the warm sun kissed sand and some fun frolicking in the waves. What could be more perfect than that? Obviously, after you have read what happened next you will realize that everything known to man could be more perfect then that date!

The walk from the house to the beach consisted of a one block jaunt, no problems just a lot of laughing, talking and kissing. Frolicking in the waves also proved to be fun and relaxing with no worries and no hiccups. However, it was the walking on the beach that proved to be the worse experience of my entire dating life. An experience that I have never lived down to this day!

As we approached the huge pylons of the pier we held hands and kissed. It was so secluded, so romantic, so cool and so mysterious in the semi-darkness of that old pier. However, when we came out the other side of the pier all that changed. Walking along, hand in hand, we both kicked at the waves tickling at our feet. Suddenly a gigantic wave approached us so fast we had no time to think or react. As it slammed our bodies I was thrown on top of my date and my bathing suit top was thrown to the seven seas!! There I was, naked from the waist up, struggling to get up off of my date as the wet sand gave way under our weight. Finally my struggle paid off and I stood up as my date regained his footing and fetched my top for me.

When I turned to see who had seen my embarrassing moment I caught the eye of two elderly people strolling the beach. They gave me a nasty look, let out a loud sigh and said, "These young people now-a-days!!" I tried to explain but they just walked off as I re-dressed myself. Unfortunately, I do know what they thought we were doing there under the shadows of the hulking pier.
