It never seems to end
I write about all I know
and then it starts again.
I write and write and type and type
and use the delete key
I rack my brain
and wonder why the hype-
and if they cannot see?
They say to write about my life
and all I know about
The people who are full of strife
it makes me want to shout.
I do my best to learn and grow
and do what I've been taught
but all I write about is what
I can only know
Writing is my life you see
and nothing can compare
except to write and wonder how
I can increase my fee.
So pay me well and if you do
I will write my poems for you
I'll do so well you'll not doubt
that it is you I'll write about.
