I used to live in Empire Ohio when I was about 15. I had so many friends there and we all got really close. One day something happened in my family and we had to move back to my home town where I had to move in with my grandparents.
I tried keeping in touch with all of my friends, but like everyone knows, we feel out of touch for so long. One of my friends came once to my grandparents house to visit me but he only did that once. It was too far for him to come to see me. Which I understood.
Now I am 25 years old, and married. I have an account with myspace.com and it is the best site for looking for old friends. I have found almost all of my friends from Empire that are online.
I found out from a friend I have not seen in a long time, that her and one of my other friends was molested by her father. I feel so bad not being able to help them because I had to move. I cannot find her anywhere online because I know she don't want to be found because of her father.
I found one of my friends last night online that I have not seen for a long time. I miss all of my friends very much, but at least I get to talk to them on the internet.
Most of my friends are either married or divorced and remarried now. They all mostly have kids. I wish I could have been in their lives for their kids being born. They were such a big part of my life that it hurt me so when I had to move.
Many people have a MySpace account and I am glad I heard about it too. I love MySpace it is so addicting trying to find your old friends or old school mates you have not seen in a very long time.
My husband is the one that told me to get a MySpace page so I could look for my old friends from school and high school. I right now have found 73 of my old friends and I am glad to have done it because if I had not then I would still be sitting here wondering what all my old friends are doing in their lives.
This way instead of wondering, I just get on MySpace IM and talk to them directly which is so awesome because it seems like I am talking to them on the phone. Take my advice if anyone of you who read this article are looking for old classmates or old friends, MySpace is the place to go. It is a wonderful page for good things to happen.
