MySpace Does Nothing about Offensive Content

Maturity and Common Sense Are Games Others Wish Not to Play

Shelly
The popular web site, MySpace, has grown as a meeting place for networking and meeting new people for not
only teens but adults alike. Numerous members belong with the sole purpose to convey details and inform
individuals regarding Autism and Asperger's Disorder.

I for one am a member and a parent whom advocates in
my free time though today I logged on and was quite shocked when I received a bulletin from a fellow member
whom is also a parent of an Autistic child. Apparently, there are two teenagers whom have found humor at the expense of mocking, defemating and ridiculing anyone and everyone whom is Autistic or mentally challenged.

I am enraged, disgusted and yet, I am also empathic to these arrogant children for they themselves may one day be a parent to a child whom may be diagnosed with a disability they themselves did not ask to receive. Where are these teens hearts and souls, are they plagnent or perhaps evasive to compassion towards the
human race?!

MySpace continues to ignore numerous requests to remove this cruel video where the one
particular teen is quite exuberantly proud of his display while the other teen has chosen to display
her turbulent "masterpiece" of morbid defiance!

The wasted time and energy put forth negatively perhaps in deed could have been spent creatively in the positive aspect through educating each other and their associates on the matter of Autism. An Autistic
breathes in our world yet they exist in another world, attempting to once again survive in ours. I watch others around me state that people whom live with disorders and diseases need to adjust
to the world's surroundings..no, we are the ones whom are required to adjust to the same said individuals
lifestyles for they suffer enough through their own struggles each day.

Thoughts of a mother speaking for her child whom is Autistic and for everyone else whom show more maturity than the absent minded members whom designed the unexcusable video on MySpace. May God and Karma have an ounce of pity on the blastened souls of their time and reprimention for I know I personally, have no a drop of endearance for either of the mentioned parties!

Thanks for pointing out something really offensive. Perhaps all of us know and love someone with challenges of one sort or another.

This is one of the reasons I use another site for networking. They have a profanity filter. Let me know, if you want info.
