MySpace Graphics and Backgrounds for July 4th

Autumn Clanton
The July 4th holiday is a great time to show how proud you are to be an American. Since MySpace has become such a social outlet for the masses, it only seems appropriate that various websites offer backgrounds, layouts and graphics to show your pride for the red, white and blue.

At Cool Holiday Graphics (http://www.coolholidaygraphics.com/4thofjuly/) you can find a plethora of things to decorate your Myspace profile with to celebrate the holiday. They have animations, banners, backgrounds, graphics, contact tables, comments, cursors, falling objects, icons and funny pictures that are related to the July 4th holiday. All of the graphics and backgrounds on this site range from neutral to full of glitter and glitz.

Xoospace (http://www.xoospace.com/index.php?go=graphics&q=happy+4th+of+july+comments) is the site to go for if you are looking for more risqué and interesting Fourth of July comments to adorn your (or your friends) profile with. You can choose from scantily clad women, women on motorcycles, Emo girls, or even Austin Powers wishing you a Happy 4th. This site is sure to be a hit among the men as well as women who are trying to flirt with someone on Myspace. It definitely has a wide assortment of women, so there are plenty to choose from.

Wish-A-Friend (http://www.wishafriend.com/backgrounds/4thjuly/showall.php) has a variety of backgrounds, but little else when it comes to the July 4th holiday. However, the backgrounds are more unique than some on other sites, so this is a good thing if you are looking for something a bit different. Be prepared though, this site does require you to look through offers. If you do not want the hassle, make sure to click the button on the top right hand side that says "Skip."

Funmunch.com (http://www.funmunch.com/events/4th_july/) is a hip little site that also has many different items to choose from. Not only does it offer Independence Day graphics, backgrounds and pictures for Myspace, it also has poems, recipes, quizzes, crafts and July 4th E-cards. There is also an area that gives the history of Independence Day and the Declaration of Independence. If you are a parent, this is the site I would lead my children to. Not only will they have cool items to add to Myspace, they will learn something about our country in the process.

These four sites for Myspace graphics and backgrounds are sure to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Happy hunting for Myspace decorations and Happy Fourth to you and yours!
