There are lots of annoying pop-ups and ads but other than that they have good layouts. At this site you can preview the layout to your liking. Sadly there is only about 10 layouts on the whole web site.

I prefer these 2 sites Skem9.com or NewYearsMySpaceLayouts.com because they don't have pop-up ads and they have really nice layouts there well done. They also have more options then most of the others. I also found these sites to be very easy to find the layouts in the first place. That fact alone got me hooked because I hate searching for layouts that takes up too much time and effort.
