To enter Moscow, you must be at least level 70 in Mafia Wars. Moscow opens up new jobs and new businesses. It also introduces a new currency, Russian Rubles, which you can't convert your Mafia Wars US dollars or Cuban pesos to.
The Mafia Wars Moscow jobs are separated into episodes. Also within jobs, each episode is separated into chapters, each with a couple of jobs to do. To get to the next chapter, you must master each of those jobs.
A new feature in this part of mafia wars is that you choose which side you want to fight for. (In example; the Vory or the Mafiya) Each time you select a particular side, you unlock unique jobs based on that choice with unique loot to that side as well. It doesn't seem that picking a particular side has any long lasting effects, because after you master the entire level, you can repick which side you'd like to be on. But once you master the side for the third time, you are stuck with the choice you've made, so at that time, it's best to stick with whichever side gives you the best loot.
The Mafia Wars Moscow businesses are a similar set up to how the Cuban businesses are: producing once every three hours, you selling them a certain time, etc. Mafia Wars Moscow also has its own individual items (weapons, armor, vehicles) as well as its own collections and vault.
Since Mafia Wars Moscow is quite new, the money, Russian Rubles are a little hard to come by. A word to the wise is to make sure you always spend your rubles quickly or put it in the bank. Many mafia players are attacking just to try and steal rubles away from others, so be wary of them.
