Myspace Surveys Promotes Interaction on Your Web Site

Sheri Fresonke Harper
In the social chat rooms and blog arenas, it's become customary to say hello and share information about yourself. Myspace surveys are a popular, sometimes risqué and many times fun way to get the conversation going. One way to do that with ease is to offer a Myspace survey or Myspace poll on your blog. You can either post a link to the Myspace survey, or copy the HTML code and paste it into an HTML editing window. If you look carefully at your blog, many offer the choice between HTML editing windows and plain text editing windows. If you paste the HTML code, be sure you're in an HTML editor window, otherwise you just paste a bunch of extra command language that is unattractive.

A Myspace survey often provides a list of questions that can prompt the unleashing of your writing spirit, or it can provide a means for people to learn something about themselves and others. Or it can just be plain fun. Many websites are offering Myspace surveys for free. Some websites offer you the ability to create your own survey. The Myspace surveys differ in style-some are a list of questions with blank spaces for you to offer your own answers. Others let you pick from a selection of answers, sum the responses and either tell you how everyone else rates or provides a graphic that summarizes your results. Sometimes the graphics that come with the Myspace survey are quite fancy, provide animation and sometimes they look more professional. Professional oriented Myspace surveys can be a great way for you to connect with your customers and find out how your services are meeting their needs.

Here's some I looked at and how they rank up, the top two I spent the most time at, with the third being the flashiest. If you go looking for surveys, beware popup and other ads. Also, the best surveys aren't necessarily the ones that google and yahoo deliver up first. It pays to look around.

I set up a myspace page, but I never do anything with it. I absolutely abhor myspace. I swear it was written by toddlers in a third world country and designed by apes :-/
