MySpace Trailer Park Releases its Top 10 Exclusive Trailers of 2009

When it came to movies in 2009 there were plenty of blockbusters to choose from with equally impressive trailers that made you want to see everything from Twilight New Moon to Avatar with anticipation. But when it came to releasing trailers exclusively before you could see them in the theaters social media giant MySpace had some of the big ones in their Trailer Park. This is MySpace's top 10 exclusive trailers that they thought were the best of 2009.

10. Surrogates - Bruce Willis and Radha Mitchell star as FBI agents in this suspenseful action-adventure movie. The agents are investigating the murder of a college student linked to a man who helped to create a high-tech surrogate phenomenon that allows people to purchase perfect robotic versions of themselves. But as the agents get closer to the truth they are left wondering who they can trust in a world of masks.

9. Sorority Row - Staring Rumer Willis and Briana Evigan the movie centers around a group of sorority sisters who want to help one of their sisters get revenge on her boyfriend. But when the prank goes horribly wrong the sisters agree to keep the matter to themselves and never tell anyone about it again. But somebody knows their secret and isn't about to let them, or anyone they've told, get away with it.

8. Legion - Paul Bettany stars as the Archangel Michael in the action-adventure movie Legion. When God loses faith in Mankind, he sends his legion of angels to bring on the Apocalypse with an old desert diner being the setting for the war between man and angels. The Archangel Michael comes to earth to save mankind and a pregnant woman who's child is the chosen one. This movie opens on January 22, 2010.

7. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time - From Walt Disney Pictures and Jerry Bruckheimer Films Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is an epic action-adventure set in the mystical lands of Persia. Staring Jake Gyllenhaal as a rogue prince who reluctantly joins forces with a mysterious princess and together they must fight the dark forces to safeguard an ancient dagger capable of releasing the Sands of Time which can reverse time and allow its possessor to rule the world. This movie opens Memorial Day Weekend 2010.

6. The Final Destination - The Final Destination is the latest movie in the franchise of the same name. Nick O'Bannon has a horrific premonition while spending a day at the races with his friends. When Nick comes out of this grisly nightmare he is able to persuading his girlfriend, Lori, and their friends, Janet and Hunt, to leave seconds before his vision becomes a terrible reality. Thinking they've cheated death the group about their lives, but unfortunately for Nick and his friends their escape from death is only the beginning as Death is coming after each one of them. The movie comes in two versions 3D or regular 2D.

5. G. I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra - Staring Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Sienna Miller G. I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra goes from the Egyptian desert to deep below the polar ice caps as the elite team uses the latest in next-generation spy and military equipment to fight the corrupt arms dealer Destro and the growing threat of the Cobra organization to prevent them from plunging the world into chaos. The movie has some really good special effects.

4. Bruno - From the creator of Borat, Sacha Baron Cohen stars in a movie fashioned after the character of the same name from Da Ali G Show who is a Gay Austrian fashion monger who interviews, and plays pranks on, regular people and designers and hangers-on in the fashion industry. This movie offers a lot of great humor and many scenes of nudity and pranks that will leave you with your mouth wide open.

3. Michael Jackson's This Is It - This documentary follows the late King of Pop Michael Jackson as he prepared for his final monumental concert series at London's O2 Arena that he thought would bring him back as the worlds biggest entertainer. Sadly, Jackson never had a chance to perform any of his sold out dates before he died on June 25th, 2009 but this film showing all of his practicing and rehearsing at the Staples Center in Los Angeles up to the day before he died. The documentary shows Jackson's playful side and serious side when it came to being the ultimate perfectionist with his dance moves and singing.

2. A Nightmare on Elm Street - Freddy Krueger returns in A Nightmare on Elm Street, which is a contemporary re-imagining of the original 1984 horror classic. This film delves into the back story of Freddy's crimes and what the group of parents did to him. 25 years later a group of suburban teenagers find themselves in a battle for their lives as they are stalked one by one in their dreams by the horribly disfigured killer. As long as they can stay awake, they can protect one another, but when they sleep, there is no escape. Robert Englund declined to reprise his roll as Freddy and with this movie Jackie Earle Haley picks up Krueger's famous razor sharp glove to exact his revenge. This movie opens on April 30th, 2010.
