How Do I find the Green Dragon secret passageway?
On the second floor to the far right of the staircase, there will be a door with a crest on it. Once Jane has given Nancy the key, go to that door and unlock it. Inside stands a green dragon statue. In this room there are two passageways.
Passageway 1 - This first passage is not needed right now but to open it, turn left until Nancy is facing a wooden handle covered by a piece of cloth. Click that handle and a hole will open in the wall revealing a slide. If you go down the slide, it will take put Nancy out on the first floor in the great hall. As Nancy goes down the slide, take note of the position of a bulls-eye.
Passageway 2 - The second passageway leads to other puzzles to solve. To open the passage, walk up to the green dragon. The six arms are moveable and putting them in the correct position will open the passage. Put the arms in these positions:
Top left arm: right
Middle left arm: down
Bottle left arm: down
Top right arm: up
Middle right arm: left
Bottom right arm: right
How do I open West Hall passageway?
The west hall passageway is outside of Linda's door and it involves the gargoyle. Click on the gargoyle until the magnifying glass cursor turns into a bent arrow. Click two times on the right side of the of the gargoyle, click once on the left side, click once on the right side, click two times on the left side and click once on the right side. Next to the gargoyle, if done correctly, a secret passage will open.
Quick Tips
Some events will happen at different times in the game. A cloaked lady will sometimes appear early in the game or later towards the end of the game, depending on the paths that Nancy took.
The bulls-eye that can be seen when Nancy is going down the slide needs to be hit with a ball. In the hallway that leads to the closed off kitchen, there will be a trophy. Click the top of the trophy and Nancy will have a ball. Go back to the secret slide passageway and practice on the slide, trying to pinpoint the exact location of the bulls-eye.
To prevent unnecessary trips up and down the stairs, save the game before going down the slide when Nancy is ready to the throw the ball. This way if Nancy misses the target, it is simple to go and reload a saved game instead of having to go back up to green dragon room again.
