Nancy Pelosi Continues on with Her "AstroTurf" Characterizations

Snidely Whiplash
The non-stop assault on the honor, integrity and common sense of the nation's citizens just does not ever end when it comes to some lefties and especially Nancy Pelosi. She is relentless. Her hyperbole makes me look like a 13th century monk immersed in reflection, solitude and silence. She is a freight train of botox and vitriol, with a generous helping of petulance thrown in for good measure, and she is off the tracks and barreling toward all of us. Run for your lives!

Pelosi is not being honest. Obama is not being honest. Any Democrat lawmaker who claims the people want the current health care overhaul is not being honest. Polling is not even remotely in question here, as it reveals again and again the people are not in favor of this. This morning Fox published a poll that showed 67% of person's polled said they are "fed up with the health care debate." Clearly Democrat political operatives are sadly mistaken or are lying through their teeth when they offer the public wants this abortion.

Pelosi was quite clear why, in her ill-advised opinion, health care is not yet law with her offering "The Republican Party directs a lot of what the Tea Party does, but not everybody in the Tea Party takes direction from the Republican Party. And so there was a lot of, shall we say, Astroturf, as opposed to grassroots."

This numbnuts still doesn't get it. Madam Pelosi, allow me to clarify this confusion for you. The Tea Party type events are driving the Republican Party, not the other way round. Recent polling reveals that more people say they are Tea Party types then self identify as Democrats or even Republicans, so "whatcha talking 'bout Willis?"

DId you forget the lesson of NY 23's special election? Remember, where the local peeps totally rejected the Republican establishment candidate, one Dierdre Scozzafava, for the conservative candidate, Doug Hoffman? Remember that one Nance? The Democrat won with 48% of the vote, the Republican establishment candidate, Ms Scozzafava got 5.7% and the late comer, conservative Doug Hoffman got 46% of the vote? Remember that one? Clearly the locals snubbed the Republican establishment candidate for the conservative write in, so . . . .

People in the ether - that would be the people for whom Nancy works - are self-motivating about this. The Tea Party events take Republicans to task as much as it dresses down Democrats. That is the fact. There is a movement afoot that basically says all elected officials are dirty and to "throw the bums out" - all of them - and start again.

For the record, I AM NOT ON BOARD FOR THAT! But I am one man and despite the Tea Party impetus driving in that direction, I know better then for the sake of my ideology and my rhetoric, to deny the will of the majority. I do not have to agree to see the trees for the forest.

I will work to educate my fellow Tea Party peeps that a third party action will only guarantee the reelection of the Democrat majority, and that is what I am working against. I will educate my Tea Party brethren that the proper direction of any movement to force DC to comply with the will of the citizens as well as the intent of the Framer's, MUST be undertaken under the banner of the conservative movement, and for better or worse, that means Republicans.

It will be far easier, more effective and more stable for the American political system to force Republicans to govern as ideological conservatives and strict constructionists. That means small government and fiscal responsibility first and foremost, and if a Republican does not like that idea, hit the F-ing bricks! How 'bout them apples?

Tea Party's are all about forcing DC to remember who the Constitution put in charge - for the lame brained out there, that means you and I - the PEOPLE! Get it? Read the damned thing once and if there were an honest bone in one's body they would shut up and listen.

Look around the Capitol Nancy. There is Lindsey Graham sounding like the progressive Republican, or RINO, he's always been. Graham is still arguing for some form of Cap & Trade despite the nation screaming "NO!" to that too! And the Tea Party stuff will work against Senator Lindsey Graham as well, and he is most assuredly a Republican.

Conservatism is rising to the fore and the rise is more volcanic eruption then a bubbling lava flow. No matter what they are called - Tea Party, Republican or conservative - our movement is coming for those of you who haven't the smarts to understand the law, or worse, understand it, but lie like a rug to get what they want.

Do ya get it now Nancy? Dreadfully for you and Democrats, but great for the citizen's and the nation as a whole, the answer is clearly "NO!" you don't seem to get it at all. Or do you get it and you are just a lying, obfuscating and prevaricating evil witch? Either way, you and your ilk have got to go.

While I agree Nolan that 67% fed up does include those in favor, I can bet ya it is far more those expressing a will for all this to just go away forever. I think you shall see as this plays out that the will of a nation is clear and any action other then honoring said will will result in a severe voter backlash. I am willing to bet it is progressives who suffer the backlash - we will see come November, if not before.

I'm fed up with the health care debate too...but I support health care reform. So when you see a poll result that says 67% are "fed up", do not assume they are all against reform. I'm fed up with giving in to the Party of No again and again, when none of them intend to for for reform anyway...the hypocrites!

Nancy Pelosi, and all the other fascists of the left (including the President), need to read the Bill of Rights.
