The owner, Shannon, is a work at home mother who takes pride in her work. Her diapers use high quality materials and are made to last. Not only are her fitteds absorbent, yet they also have a nice trim fit on most babies bodies.
Each diaper is made with a soft velour inner which is gentle on babies skin and so ever soft. The outsides of her diapers are made of cotton knit material which allows for air to get through and the diaper to breath. All her diapers have internal soakers consisting of knit terry and flannel, which combined creates a very absorbent diaper for any child. Best of all the soaker is sewn into the diaper so it does not slide around while your child, wiggles, crawls or runs about.
The quickest going diapers on Nanipoos are the newborn diapers. These diapers are quickly becoming a new mothers favorite newborn diaper. Nanipoos newborn diapers have many different snap sizes and will fit from birth to around 12 pounds on most infants depending on the shape of the child. I was amazed on the fit on even the most skinny little newborn chicken legs. These diapers truly give an amazing fit. Best of all they hold in all the worst newborn blow outs!
Newborn Nanipoos are made with front closing snaps that are easy to adjust to the size of your baby. There are two rolls of snaps which make it easier to adjust the waist and thighs to different levels. Great for parents who have never used cloth diapers before! I have tried tons of different brands and styles of newborn cloth diapers and Nanipoos are some of the cutest, softest, thickest, squishiest newborn diapers I've seen so far! Each of the newborn diapers even have the most perfect dip down for cord care!! We have never had a leak with them and the prints are too cute. Since newborn diapers are in such high demand at Nanipoos, the owner always tries to stock at least a few of them at each stocking. The prints always are changing so it is a good way for parents to find the perfect diaper for their newest additions!
Nanipoos also offers diapers in bigger sizes such as small, Medium and large. Unlike the newborn diapers, the larger sized diapers are side snapping diapers. These diapers have the same trim fit as the newborn diapers, yet all the perks of a side snapping diaper. Each diaper has numerous snaps to get a good fit on your child. These diapers truly grow with your child and finding a perfect fit is not hard. Just like the newborn diapers these larger sized diapers also come in numerous prints, so there is something for everyone! While the owner does not stock these larger sizes as often as her newborn diapers, she tries to keep a well number in stock and they do not sell out as quickly as the newborn diapers so there is always at least one or two diapers a parent could snag for his/her child.
Nanipoos diapers are some of the cheapest diapers I have found on the market. Which amazes me for the high quality work you receive! A newborn diaper will cost you just $8 plus a small shipping fee. The larger size diapers are only a dollar or two more depending on the size. Due to the low cost, these diapers are perfect for lower income families looking for great high quality diapers on their low budget!
I can not rave enough about Nanipoos customer service. The owner is always very quick at responding to your questions or comments. You may even join the Nanipoos yahoo group and get updates on the next stocking date!
Shipping through Nanipoos is also excellent! Every time I have ordered diapers from her hyena cart I have received them in lighting fast speed! I never had to wait longer then a week to receive my new diapers! Which is awesome if you are in need of new diapers for your stash in a hurry!
When testing out Nanipoos diapers there were only a few knocks that I had. One was the drying time of the diapers. It took two cycles in my dryer to fully dry my diapers. While this isn't that big of a problem, it becomes annoying on diaper wash day when you are searching the house for a clean diaper for your little one.
Another knock I had on the diapers is that of the lower rise. While some people prefer a lower rise on their child, I find that my children grow out of the diaper faster. I would love to see Nanipoos be made with a little larger rise, or more snaps so you can adjust the rise as your child grows.
Yet another knock is that Nanipoos is a fitted diaper and requires a cover. While this is not that huge of issue since we own other fitteds and also have covers on hand, when my child goes to grandmas or the sitters I have to remind them when using these diapers that a cover is required.
I would also love to have a Nanipoos fitted in a one size fits all. Children grow so fast now days it seems like I am always running out and buying new diapers for my ever growing children. I love Nanipoos diapers, yet a one size fitted would be ideal for my family. I only hope in the future she considers offering a one sized option.
Overall, I love my Nanipoos fitted diapers and I would recommend them to any parent looking for a cheap high quality diaper! I love how they are absorbent enough for even my pee machine! and the perfect diaper to build a newborn stash for my newborn! I definitely can see myself buying more of these wonderful diapers in the future. And I can not rave enough about the kindness and customer service of the owner!
