Ingredients:
3 large sweet potatoes
1 can eagle brand milk
1 cup sugar
1 stick of margarine
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 eggs
A pinch of nutmeg
Instructions:
Slice and cook potatoes until tender. Drain. Mash and add margarine; let margarine melt into the potatoes. Beat in eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and nutmeg.
Pour mixture into two 9-inch pie crusts and bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until set and slightly brown.
