Rated E 10+ by the ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board). This game is for everybody ages 10 and older; it has cartoon violence and mild language. Napoleon Dynamite The Game is based on the cult classic movie Napoleon Dynamite which was released in 2004. This game is an interactive adventure that involves characters from the movie.

You can play against Uncle Rico in a football toss and also ride with Pedro while BMX bike jumping. All of the games are mini-games and can be paused by pressing the start button. Here is a look at some of the games for Napoleon Dynamite The Game.

Rex Kwon Do: This game is based on Rex Kwon Do and you are trying to defeat your opponent by using illegal ninja moves. Use the buttons on the control pad to make Napoleon Dynamite jump, punch and sweep kick. He can also block and kick. There are two rounds of three matches and each match gets harder and harder. Rex: "Forget about it!" There is another game called Pull Kip that has to do with the ride to Rex Kwon Do and back.

Save Nessie: The goal on this game is to destroy all the bombs and ships before they can hurt Nessie. Nessie is the Loch Ness Monster. You will use the touch screen for this game and shoot ice spikes and fireballs. You can freeze the depth charge by activating the ice spell after it floats down in the water. The best part is sinking the ships. Napoleon: "all those who seek for the peaceful existence of our underwater ally."

Wolverine Hunt: You must shoot all the Wolverines before they get to you. You will use the touch screen to fire at the wolverines and touch the ammo bar to reload. Make sure you don't shoot your cousin. You can even use a TNT bomb to wipe out the wolverines. Napoleon: "A freakin' 12-gauge, what do you think?"

Dodgeball: In this game you will use Napoleon and Pedro to hit your opponents. You can pass, dash, jump and throw, the more you hit your opponents the better, their stamina will deplete. You can also shoot, catch and pick up the dodge balls. You are the blue team and they are red team.

Cake Baking: You will use the stylus to sift, crack eggs, stir, mix and then decorate your cake. You have to complete each step before time expires. Just follow the directions and complete the steps. If you make any mistakes it will lower your score. Cracking eggs is the hardest part. Pedro: "Build her a cake or something."

Football Toss: You will have to toss the football further than Uncle Rico does, you will use the A button to throw and the B button to boost it for extra distance. Rico: "How much you wanna make a bet I can throw a football over them mountains?"

Feed Tina: Feed Tina the casserole and don't get hit by Tina's spit. She can spit up to six different directions at one time. You have to throw the casserole in her mouth and fill up her stomach. You can also throw a boot at her and two raccoons that move her spit away from you. In the third round Uncle Rico shows up and if you run into him he takes away your points. Napoleon: "Tina, you fat lard, come get some DINNER!"

Some other games listed are, Dance Practice and Dance Competition. You will bust sweet moves and be judged by a talent bar. Tetherball uses the stylus or the control keys to hit the ball each time it comes in front of Napoleon, wrap it around the pole 8 times to win. Piñata Smash is simple enough, hit the piñata and get all the candy.

There are other games based on the movie that are taken from lines such as Bow Hunting Low Rider and Pegasus Flight. The music is catchy enough for each game that you become hypnotized and play until you loose track of time. The voices are recognizable in Dance Practice with Napoleon speaking and also in Cake Baking when Pedro talks. There is also a survival mode which unlocks special versions of Save Nessie, Wolverine Hunt, Bow Hunting and Trampoline Jump.
