NASA Web-Series Open Casting Call for Children 6 to 14 Years Old in Houston, TX

From the beautiful Joy Saxon of "Joy Kids Downtown" and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration in Houston, TX comes a new web-series on the International Space Station and Robonaut. There will be an open casting call for kids in the Houston area to host the show. Shooting will begin in mid-July, 2011.

Robonaut is a dexterous humanoid robot built and designed at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. Robonaut (R2B) was successfully launched and boarded the International Space Station on February 24, 2011. R2 is the first humanoid robot in space.

Joy Saxon runs Joy Kids Downtown in Houston, TX. Joy has been acting since 8 years of age, and has appeared in numerous TV shows, commercials, films, and stage productions. She also has extensive training in theatre and acting.

The web-series will be shooting on location at NASA and going behind the scenes interviewing experts. Joy Saxon is seeking outgoing, enthusiastic, energetic children in the Houston area between 6 to 14 years old to host the show.
