Natasha Demkina, the Girl with the "x-ray Eyes" from Russia

Russia's Superhero that Can See into Human Bodies

Joyce Hewitt
Do you believe there are evolutionary "superheroes" lurking in your city?

The story of a girl with extraordinary powers was broadcast on the discovery channel a few nights back. It looks as though Russia may have themselves a real " Hero" straight out of NBC's new hit TV series "Heroes". Natasha Demkina is known as the seventeen-year old girl, with "x-ray eyes". Some may call Natasha a modern day doctor, with supernatural powers. The seventeen year old claims she can see into human bodies down to a cellular level to diagnose patient's problems. Natasha first discovered her paranormal abilities through her mother. Her mother claims that when Natasha was only 10 years old, she told her mother about her ability to see the blood running through her veins. She is very confident of her powers, and has agreed to be tested to prove her abilities to the Committee for the Scientific Investigation of Claims of the Paranormal (CSICOP).

Natasha came to New York city with her mother, and sister for the scientific investigation. The CSICOP set up a series of tests. The scientists know that normally when Natasha conducts her medical readings, the patient does not already know what is wrong with them. For this reason they wanted to put a series of controlled tests together that would prevent her from guessing patient's disorders. The test involves five patients that have already been diagnosed with disorders from their doctors. In order for her to pass the test for further testing, Natasha had to diagnose the patients with their correct disorders. Her diagnoses were correct four out of five times. In Russia residents would probably nominate Natasha to be the next character revealed in NBC's TV series "Heroes", but Paranormal scientists are still very skeptical about her claims.

Skeptics, or no skeptics Miss Demkina is still making a name for herself. Natasha will not paint you the future, fly off a building, teleport herself to your home town, hear your cry for help, or become indestructible. One thing is for sure though, Natasha believes that she can see into your body, and tell you your medical diagnosis. She is currently making a living from her "x-ray eyes" by holding daily medical readings. For only $13.00 and a flight to Russia, you too can have your very own medical diagnosis from Natasha. If her claims are correct, she will be able to see everything down to your tiny cells. Her report may even be more accurate than your local doctor. If you could be born with an extraordinary power, what would you choose? I don't know about you, but I would love to be indestructible like the cheerleader on "Heroes".

There are powers in the spirit realm it is best not to mess with. If this girl is legit, she may be under their influence. Humans don't have supernatural powers. Even those granted them in the past by God had the gift for a particular reason, and such powers were done away with before the second century. The common range of human hearing is 20-20,000 Hz but some individuals have been known to hear below or above that range, although even that range is a stretch for many. Like the audio spectrum, there is a visible spectrum and most of us see in the range of red to violet, although some do not and we call them "color blind". WHAT IF some individuals can see BEYOND the normal visible spectrum? Perhaps below the visible spectrum such as in the INFRA-RED range?

We have cameras that are sensitive to infra-red and you'll note that these cameras can pick up heat signatures from even long distances, enabling the police for instance to "see" and track a running person from a helicopter.

We also know that there are physical abnormalities and diseases that announce themselves with heat signatures when the body begins its effort to repel them.

WHAT IF Natasha actually is sensitive into the infra-red spectrum and what she is "seeing" is the heat signature eminating from disease or ailm
