National Dairy Month: Coloring and Other Fun Stuff for Kids

June is National Dairy Month, and why shouldn't it be. A whole month dedicated to such a nutritious product. Milk and milk products in their low-fat form are essential to a healthy diet. These products provide calcium, potassium, vitamins A and D, niacin, protein and vitamin B12.

If you are looking for some fun ways to help your child celebrate National Dairy Month, check out some or all of these sites. They offer everything from coloring for preschoolers to games and puzzles for an older child.

They have an activity book that you can print out or even send it to fellow mom's to print for their little ones. The book has puzzles, word games and coloring pages.

5. http://www.kinderart.com/kindercolor/farm.shtml If you go to this site you will find a couple of cow pages to color. There are some with a cow and a barn and a couple with a mother cow and her calf.

6. http://www.coloring.ws/cow.htm This site contains only a few coloring pages but there are cows and bulls.

7. http://www.morecoloringpages.com/ugly-cow_1373.html Here you will find pages you can print out in color to hang up or in black and white so your child can color them.

9. http://www.partyideasparade.com/cow-coloring-pages.html This site is for the serious cow- lover. They have cow-themed party supplies, dishes, games, crafts and more coloring pages than you know what to do with.

10. http://www.printthencolor.com/cow-coloring-pages.php Here you will find several printable cow coloring pages. You can even look around a little bit and find other pages to color.
