Krispy Kreme celebrates National Doughnut Day
Get a delicious doughnut gratis tomorrow simply by going into any participating Krispy Kreme tomorrow. Need a list of participating stores? Stop by the Krispy Kreme website and click on the National Doughnut Day icon to download a list of participating Krispy Kremes across the U.S. that are participating in this promo. No additional purchase is needed to get your free doughnut.
Do you need a free Krispy Kreme doughnut now? Some stores still honor customer requests for a free doughnut when the hot light is on. This varies by store, so be sure to ask to ensure they are honoring the hot light tradition.
Free Ray's Original Glazed Donut at LaMar's
Visit LaMar's for a free Ray's Original Glazed Donut on June 4. This donut freebie comes with no strings attached - it is totally free. Unfortunately, LaMar's isn't a big chain like Krispy Kreme and Dunkin Donuts and it only has a foothold in just a few states. However, if you live in Alabama, Arizona, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska or Colorado, then you're in luck. LaMar's website lists locations in those states, so if you live in any of those states, be sure to check their list.
Dunkin Donut's promo for National Donut Day
Getting a free donut at Dunkin Donuts will cost you the price of a beverage, since Dunkin Donuts is the only donut retailer that I found that is attaching strings to their free donut promo. On June 4, stop into a Dunkin Donut to get your donut free with the purchase of any beverage (coffee, iced coffee, etc.) Store hours may vary, and early morning may get you the best selection.
Is it National Donut Day or National Doughnut Day instead? Word usage varies by store, but anyway you look at it, it spells free!

Post a CommentI'm a little disappointed that I didn't get a free donut this year. But then I remembered that I rarely eat them (and really shouldn't).
mmm... donuts (like homer) (= I admit, after my surgery I ate a doughnut for breakfast and lunch. I can't keep doing that or I'll regret giving away my big clothes!
Krispy Kreme ... yummy!
Carly, cute article, and great deal except free donuts means free calories, free fat!
Carly you are so prolific. I still need to write a second article. I go to Dunkin donuts so bummer.
Congratulations! Your article has been featured on our Food and Wine page. You can view it at www.associatedcontent.com/food_wine.
Homer Simpson must be jumping up and down. I would be, too, except we don't have any of these chains in our area... maybe I'll just have to cough up a dollar out of respect for the day! P.S. Love all your freebie articles!!
