When January comes along, you may think that the food holidays have come to an end, but you'd be wrong. January is filled with food holidays. Here are just a few of the great food holidays that take place in January.

Apple Gifting Day January 1: This is such a fun day to celebrate. A fun way to enjoy this national food holiday is to bake an apple pie or crisp for your friend or neighbor. Christmas may be over, but it's never a bad time to give gifts.

National Cream Puff Day January 2: If you're tired of baking, never fret. You can always head to your local bakery and pick up some delicious cream puffs.

Chocolate-Filled Cherry Day January 3: I'm not actually sure what chocolate filled cherries are, but you can always enjoy some delicious chocolate covered cherries on this food holiday.

National Spaghetti Day January 4: Who doesn't love spaghetti? On this food holiday, shake things up by making something different. Or at least make homemade sauce, pasta, or both.

National Whipped Cream Day January 5: Whipped cream can be enjoyed in thousands of different ways. On this national food holiday, why not serve it in a delicious chocolate mousse?

Bean Day January 6: This is actually a food holiday you can feel good about. Serve up some pinto beans with cornbread and pork chops.

National Shortbread Day January 6: On this national food holiday, do something fun. Make a shortbread cookie crust and top it with caramel and chocolate to create a Twix pizza.

National Tempura Day January 7: Tempura is a batter that is usually found on Asian foods, such as sweet and sour Chicken. To enjoy this day, head off to your favorite Chinese restaurant.

English Toffee Day January 8: You can always make your own English toffee. But, if you want to celebrate this day is easier way, just buy a Heath Bar.

National Apricot Day January 9: Apricots are tasty and healthy. On this national food holiday, grab some dried apricots and mix them with some nuts and other dried fruit to create a healthy trail mix.

Bittersweet Chocolate Day January 10: Bittersweet chocolate makes delicious brownies. Need I say more?

Milk Day January 11: Americans don't get enough calcium in their diet. On this food holiday, take some time to actually enjoy a tall glass of milk. It doesn't have to be plain milk, chocolate will do nicely.

Curried Chicken Day January 12: Are you tired of the same old dinners every night? Then why not celebrate this food holiday and make something different?

National Peach Melba Day January 13: Peaches, raspberries, and ice cream, does it get any better than that?

National Hot Pastrami Sandwich Day January 14: On a cold day, this is a national food holiday you'll be happy you decided to celebrate.

Strawberry Ice Cream Day January 15: January is the perfect time to enjoy a food holiday that reminds you of summer. So grab a cone and scoop up a bit of summer.

International Hot & Spicy Food Day January 16: If you love spicy food, you'll love this holiday. Prepare all your favorite treats. Buffalo wings, jalapeno poppers, and pizza with banana peppers make a great starting point.

Hot-Buttered Rum Day January 17: If you drink alcohol, this is a great way to warm up on a cold January evening. If you don't drink alcohol, just buy some Butter Rum Lifesavers.

Peking Duck Day January 18: If you love Asian dishes, this is the food holiday for you. But, if you're not too crazy about Asian cuisine, just roast a duck like you would a chicken and serve with mashed potatoes.

National Popcorn Day January 19: What better way to celebrate this national food holiday than to head to the movies? After all, they do have the best popcorn.

National Cheese Lover's Day January 20: There are so many different ways to enjoy this national food holiday. You could serve nachos, cheeseburgers, or just cheese and crackers. It's your choice.

New England Clam Chowder Day January 21: This is another great food holiday to celebrate on a cold January evening. Just grab some oyster crackers and you're all set.

National Blonde Brownie Day January 22: Sure chocolate brownies are delicious, but blondies are also quite tasty as well.

National Rhubarb Pie Day January 23: If you aren't too crazy about rhubarb, make a strawberry and rhubarb pie instead.

National Peanut Butter Day January 24: This has to be one of the best food holidays in the world. Enjoy Reese's Cups, fudge, sandwiches, sundaes, etc. There are so many different ways to enjoy this holiday.

National Irish Coffee Day January 25: If you don't drink alcohol, you can find Irish cream coffee creamer to enjoy instead.

National Pistachio Day January 26: What better way to enjoy this food holiday than to sit back with a bowl of pistachios while watching some TV?

Chocolate Cake Day January 27: Obviously, no one will have to be forced to enjoy this food holiday.

National Blueberry Pancake Day January 28: If you're looking for a healthy national food holiday, make some whole wheat pancakes and sprinkle on your blueberries right before flipping.

National Corn Chip Day January 29: Buy a bag of Frito's, some chili, shredded cheese, sour cream, and onions. Combine to make a Frito Pie.

National Croissant Day January 30: Enjoy this national food holiday with some scrambled eggs and bacon.
