**It's National Poetry Month. I'll be trying my hand at some free verse. Actually it is my chosen form of poetic expression**
If I was glass I would break for you
Shatter into a million shards and embed myself in you.
If I was water I would submerge you
Keep you in my quiet calm embrace and flow for you
If I was wind I would blow for you
With every whim I'd bare my soul to you
If I was fire I would flame for you
Burning through the years just to keep you
