Do you wonder how you can combat those bags under the eyes or how to fight those fine lines? Would you like to do it naturally? Here are some tips on how to conquer some common beauty problems and how to do it naturally according to Dr. Oz. Dr. Oz, is an actual practicing doctor and the host of his own popular syndicated television show.

Bags Under The Eyes

Bags under the eyes are caused from a buildup of fluid under the eyes. This can be caused from eating too much salt and from the position we sleep. We can remedy this problem by sleeping in a raised position and by cutting back on our salt intake. We also can try these two natural beauty tricks:

  • Whole Milk: Pour out a bit of whole milk and dab a cotton ball into the milk. Now dab the cotton ball over both of your eyes. The vitamins D and A, along with the fat content in the milk can help reduce the fluid under your eyes.
  • Potato Slices: Yes, you know cucumber slices are good for reducing the fluid under your eyes. But many beauty experts say that potatoes are better. Just place a cold potato slice over each eye and leave it on for about ten minutes.

Dull Skin

Dull skin can be caused from age, the environment and stress. It can be combated by:

  • Pepto Bismal: Yes, you can simply make a facial mask of Pepto Bismal by applying the mixture onto your face with a cotton ball. Allow it to set for twenty minutes or so and then wash off with warm water. As it dries you may feel your face tingle. This mixture can brighten and tighten your skin.

Chapped Lips

Chapped lips can be caused by wind, sun, etc. It can be cured by:

  • A sweet almond oil mixture: Just combine a tablespoon of sugar to a tablespoon of sweet almond oil (make sure it is 100%) and apply to lips gently with a tooth brush. Then gently wipe off.

Fine Lines And Wrinkles

Fine lines and wrinkles are caused by aging. Yet, they can be prevented through the use of:

  • Mauka Honey (Which can be bought at most health food stores for about $15). Apply directly onto skin for about twenty minutes. This will exfoliate your skin and make it softer, smoother and over time help in the prevention of wrinkles.

Yes, we all should what we can to help correct and all beauty problems we may have. These are some common problems with common fixes, according to Dr. Oz.
