Natural Blood Purifiers - Burdock Root

To purify the blood with yellow dock, make a strong tea by placing one teaspoon of the dried, chopped root in a cup of boiling water. Allow the mixture to steep for thirty minutes and then strain. Consume three tablespoons three times per day for two weeks for the best results.
