Peppermint: Peppermint helps to relieve cramping in the intestinal tract, which is common in those that suffer from excess Candida. It works best when you take Peppermint in oil form and add a couple of drops to a liquid. It should be taken two or three times each day.

Grapefruit Seed Extract: Grapefruit Seed Extract is used frequently to help treat Candida problems. Grapefruit Seed Extract is known for its anti-candida properties. It works best when taken two or three times per day regularly. Take it in a capsule form that contains around 200 mg.
Wormwood: Wormwood has natural anti fungal properties. Wormwood tea can be drank a few times per day regularly. You can also purchase it tincture form and add a few drops to liquids before drinking. This works best when taken with some of the other suggestions, but also works well to help control Candida after treating a Candida problem.
