Usually you don't experience many symptoms when you have high blood pressure but a few symptoms that could occur are: repetitive headaches, dizziness, nosebleeds, unexplained sweating, shortness of breath, flushed cheeks, ringing in the ears, or visual problems. Make sure to see your doctor if any of these occur and ask your doctor before you decide to use these natural cures.
High Fiber: High fiber can help bring your blood pressure numbers down. Any kind of food, cracker, or a high fiber supplement taken daily will bring your blood pressure down.
Water: Most people are dehydrated. Dehydration increases the risk of hypertension. By drinking a glass of water every two to three waking hours you can prevent dehydration which in turn will lower blood pressure.
Homeopathy: There are many different homeopathic remedies that you can find at your local natural store that can help lower your blood pressure. Homeopathy uses very small diluted amounts of mineral, animal, or plant substances to stimulate the healing system in your own body. Homeopathy is highly effective. You'll want to find the one that is right for you so make sure to read the tube carefully. Glonoinum, Natrum Muriaticum, Belladona, Lachesis, Natrum Muriaticum, and Nux Vomica are a few of the remedies that could be helpful for you. They are pleasant tasting as well.
Aromatherapy: Aromatherapy helps calm the body and bring down the blood pressure. Lavendar, bergamot, juniper, and chamomile oils are great choices. Juniper oil helps break down the fatty deposits in your arteries when used as aromatherapy.
Herbs: Herbs have been long known for curing many ailments. You just want to find the right one. For lowering your blood pressure you can make a tea of one of the following: parsley, hawthorne, or chamomile. The key is being consistent. Make sure to drink a cup daily.
Massage: Massage improves circulation, helps you to relax, and helps regulate your body's rhythms which all can be helpful in lowering hypertension.
Misc. methods: Watermelon seeds ground up, add 2 cups of boiling water, let cool, and drink daily.
Take lemon water with honey everyday. My mom swears by this. She doesn't have high blood pressure but she says it fixes what ails you.
Take 1000 mg. of calcium every day.
By using some or even all of these cures, you may be able to beat your high blood pressure without the use of a prescription.
