Save Your Money and Time by Using Natural Cures for Your Ten Most Common Ailments

Silly Puss
Everyday millions of people pump their bodies full of unneeded chemicals just to get rid of mild ailments. There is no need for that, in most cases when there is not a serious underlying condition the pain and discomfort or embarrassment can be cured by using simple mostly household items that not only are better for you than pills and other medicines but most times could save you money.

Tooth Pain; vodka, just swish it around your mouth like you would mouth wash and let soak in to the infected tooth, then spit out. It will help numb the pain while until you can get in to see the dentist.

Clogged Sinus's; Eat a lot of garlic if your stomach can handle it, it is a natural decongestant. Also try mixing about four ounces of water with a half a teaspoon of salt and if you have one take a dropper lean your head to the side and insert the drops into the nostril a little bit at a time then do the same with other nostril. This takes getting used to but it really helps to clear the dust and pollen out of your sinus tracts.

Mild allergies; Honey (not for infants) especially if you can find any that is homemade in your area can help you build up a resistance to your allergens. Honey will lose all it's healing properties if you cook it though.

Nausea; Warm ginger ale works best, the ginger neutralizes stomach acids and toxins by helping to promote the secretion of saliva and digestive juices. Also peppermint oil will help to calm the stomach muscles if you have a candy cane then suck on one a small piece at a time, this will almost always help.

Acne; Take a small piece of a broken apart aloe plant and apply to acne and leave on for as long as you can, it will be sticky though. And try drinking wheat grass, I won't lie this stuff is not great tasting but I have seen it work for others in just a matter of weeks.

Body Odor; Use baking soda underneath the arm pits. It absorbs the moisture and sweat and kills the bacteria. Also shave, the more hair one has underneath the armpit the more likely they are to cause sweating and body odor.

Constipation; Eat fruits everyday especially watermelon, cantaloupe or, honeydew which are filled with water and will help to flush out the bowels. Drink lots of water and also walk as much as possible, gravity will always take hold eventually.

Arthritis; Mild cases of arthritis can be helped by taking a warm bath and massaging and exercising the afflicted joints. Also try adding garlic to your diet, it not only boosts the immune system but it is said to be a natural pain reliever.

Backaches; if you wake every morning with a backache try drinking 1-2 tablespoons of honey with 4-5 ounces of warm water ever morning as well as a deep massage with warm water and a fair amount but not too much eucalyptus oil or vapo rub. Some people can have bad reactions to eucalyptus oil and vapo rub, so never use to much and never on an infant. Consult your doctor if you have questions.

Indigestion; Never go to bed right after a meal, let your food settle first. Also as well as it works for nausea a few drops of peppermint oil mixed with a half cup of water will help, or eat a candy cane. Peppermint calms the stomach muscles and improves bile flow, which aids in digestion.

If your problems persist than a visit to the doctor is needed don't ever try to home remedy a problem that lasts or you feel is really something worse. Most cases of mild ailments are hardly serious though. Hopefully you learned that you can alleviate some of your discomforts and save yourself some time and money as well.
