Georges Always Active Aloe Vera
Not just any aloe vera, it must be George's. I have recommended George's in previous articles. George's aloe is distilled to vaporize and quickly absorb through the skin. If you buy a bottle of George's and let it cool in the refrigerator. Wet a washcloth with the cold aloe vera liquid and place it on your forehead. Lie down and rest for 20 minutes. It will seep in and cool your nerves. Drink 4 ounces along with it. Georges tastes just like plain water with no bitter Aloe taste. This is one of my favorite products that I have used for years on family members of all ages.

Try Homeopathy
In order to use Homeopathy, you have to notice what kind of pain you are having. The effectiveness of your remedy is based upon the symptoms of your headache. There is an innovative company called King Bio that offers homeopathic sprays that taste like water. They are effective in treating various ailments. Their website can help you look up the proper remedy. http://kingbio.com/
Their sprays have no side effects.
If you wish to involve a bit more guess work then the right remedy can be matched to the kind of pain you are having. If you headache hurts in a head band pattern all around the head, Aconite 30X is a recommended remedy. If your headache pain increases in the evening or feels worse in the evening then, Bryonia Aba 30C can be used. If your headache is stress related Ignatia 30C is used. For head pain related to eye strain, Ruta Grav 30C.
Herbal Tea Can Help
Peppermint tea can soothe a headache that occurs with indigestion. Chamomile Tea is also very calming and can be a relaxing drink. Do not drink chamomile if you are allergic to ragweed. Passion Flower Tea can be very relaxing to drink for a stress headache.
Eliminate Food Allergies
There are foods that can trigger a headache. Cheeses such as Brie, Feta and Gorgonzola can trigger a headache. Pickles, chocolate, dairy products, and red wine have also been known to trigger a headache. Processed foods such as soups, various deli meats, and frozen dinners that contain high sodium and/or and MSG can give you a massive headache. Splenda and Nutrasweet can also trigger headaches, especially if you have not drank enough water. Most people that sit at their desks all day sipping on diet beverages need to accompany their sugar free beverages with water. Drinking artificially sweetened beverages when you are dehydrated can often result in feeling headaches or nausea.
