Diet
Getting rid of orange skin textured legs is possible if you make some changes to your diet. Eat better to look better. Eat more fish and leafy green vegetables. Also, take fish oil capsules as well as Vitamins A, E and C. Drink lots of fresh water every day. Water is essential to ridding your body of those cellulite-producing toxins in your body. Skip fried foods and snack foods. Opt for healthy snacks like fresh fruits and vegetables.
Body Wraps
One tried and true method for cellulite reduction is the use of body wraps. Use warm, brewed coffee grounds as a base of your rub. Spread the grounds over the areas infected with the cellulite. Wrap the ground with plastic wrap holding them in place. Rest comfortably while sitting or lying still for about ½ hour. Remove the wrappings and shower the grounds away. Follow up the coffee treatment with an all-natural body lotion.
Scrubbing
Exfoliation does a lot of good for the body. When you exfoliate, you slough away dead skin cells and cause the blood to increase circulation. This is good when you are fighting cellulite. Buy a natural bristle brush or a poof and wet it. While in the shower, squirt a quarter sized amount of shower gel on the tool. Scrub the cellulite skin with the tool making it lather up. Do this for a few minutes. Rinse the lather away. Pat the skin dry and apply a Vitamin E lotion to the area.
Aromatherapy Treatments
Blend essential oils like juniper, cypress and lemon in carrier oils like grape seed oil. Rubbing this combination on to the cellulite skin and massaging will help reduce the appearance of cellulite. Other essential oils you could use to blend with carrier oils are oregano, grapefruit, patchouli, rosemary and lavender.
Exercise
Exercising your body will increase your blood circulation. Increased blood circulation means the cellulite causing toxins will be moving through and out your body. Ten to twenty minutes of aerobic exercise everyday will make you feel and look better. A bicycle ride, walk through the neighborhood or some calisthenics will also be helpful.
