Natural Pawz and Heights Urban Dog Join Forces to Bring Natural Pawz Heights to Houston, Texas
#1 Natural Pet Food Market in the Houston Heights
Houston, TX 77008
United States of America
Partnering was only natural since both stores are locally owned and operated, and provide customers with natural pet food brands like Precise, Innova, Solid Gold, and The Honest Kitchen. "We all share the same vision of natural pet products, putting four-legged customers first and we enjoy being active in the local pet community," said Biff Picone, co-owner of Natural Pawz.
Natural Pawz Heights: a Shared Vision
"Coming together to create Natural Pawz Heights will allow us to benefit the Heights pet community even more. In addition, it will allow me to focus on my passion: pets, nutrition and rescue. We plan to continue to host adoption and fund raising events for the benefit of the animals in our community as well as some new and exciting things," said Teresa Bues, owner of Heights Urban Dog. "Biff and Nadine care about your pet's health. They carefully select products, continually train their staff, and want to be a resource for customers," added Bues.
According to Nadine Joli-Coeur, co-owner of Natural Pawz, both Heights Urban Dog and Natural Pawz have referred customers to each other's stores. So they've really been working together for a while and Natural Pawz Heights will just be an extension of that relationship.
Natural Pawz Heights will continue to provide natural cat and dog treats such as dehydrated yams, beef jerky, bully sticks, and Fruitables.
About Heights Urban Dog
Heights' resident Teresa Bues, and her resident rescue, Lady, opened their shop in July 2009. Since then Heights Urban Dog has educated the public about pet nutrition and held numerous pet rescue fundraising events. Bues is excited about the new partnership and looks forward to helping existing and new customers - two legged and four legged. Visit www.heightsurbandog.com for more information.
About Natural Pawz
Husband and wife team Biff Picone and Nadine Joli-Coeur opened their first Natural Pawz store in 2005 as a result of one of their own pets suffering from terrible allergies. They currently have six locations throughout the greater Houston, TX area. Visit www.naturalpawz.com for more information.
The New Location
Natural Pawz Heights and Urban Dog Barkery hope to be open by late September 2010. It will be located at 514 West 19th Street next to Penzey's Spices and The Dessert Shoppe. Heights Urban Dog is currently located at 638 West 20th Street and will remain open at its current location until the transition is complete.
