Natural remedies proved their efficiency against various diseases and conditions. Some fruits, vegetables and spices can do miracles in treating acne. Here are some of them:

Lemon

Rich in vitamin C, these fruits are a powerful antioxidant as they contain detoxification agents. The appearance of skin is improved by the fact that the ingredients of lemon accelerate cells rejuvenation. All you have to do is squeeze a lemon, put the juice into a cup and apply it regularly on the affected areas and leave it until dry. This must be done several times a day until the skin is recovered.

Oranges

Use the peel of an orange by crushing it until you obtain a paste, which must be combined with water. Apply it on the areas affected by acne. Leave the substance on the skin until it dries and then remove it with water.

Garlic

Cucumbers

Cucumbers are good for preventing acne. Cut slices of cucumber and apply them on the affected areas. Let them for 15 minutes until the natural juice is absorbed into the skin. Do this on a regular basis, several times a day and you will see beneficial results in a short time.

Coriander and mint

Prepare a mixture of coriander and mint juice, apply it on the affected skin areas before going to bed and let it work over night.
